A package to suit your taste

Whether you want a three course meal, family style service or a more informal canapé service we can meet your requests. Choose from one of our packages or we can tailor one to suit your style.

Traditional Style

Your choice of 4 canapés served for 1 hour post ceremony followed by your choice of 2 entrees, 2 main courses and 2 desserts served alternately.

Includes Jasper Peel bread & butter, freshly brewed coffee and speciality teas)

Family Style

Your choice of 4 canapés served for 1 hour post ceremony followed by your choice of 2 shared entrees, 2 shared main courses served on platters family style or from our purpose built buffet table and either 2 desserts served alternately or 3 dessert canapés.

Cocktail Style

We offer two choices with a cocktail style function.

Cocktail Party: Antipasto Grazing Table, choice of 10 cocktail canapés including 8 entree/substantial and 2 dessert canapés per person.

Gourmet BBQ Cocktail Party: Antipasto Grazing Table, choice of 10 BBQ cocktail canapés including 8 entree/substantial and 2 dessert canapés per person.

Beverage service

All of the above food packages are supported by our 7 hour beverage package which includes 1 choice of house sparkling wine, 1 choice each of house white and red wine, 2 bottled beers, 1 bottled light beer, sparkling mineral water, soft drinks and fruit juice. Last drinks will be served at 11pm and the venue must be vacated by 11.30pm or additional charges may apply.

Ceremony hire fee $800

Venue hire (Saturday & Sunday) $3000

Minimum Guest Numbers

Monday – Friday – 50 adult guests

Saturday & Sunday – 70 adult guests

All event bookings include a food and beverage package and venue hire.

Special Rates

A 15% discount applies to all weddings held between 1^st June and 31^st August.

Please note that the above fees and charges are current for the 2018 financial year and are subject to increase for the next financial year.

Optional Additions

Cake service

We can also cut up and serve your wedding cake as part of any of the above food packages you choose.

If you prefer, we can also replace the dessert option with your wedding cake and serve it as a plated dessert with berry compote and fresh cream or icecream.

Premium beverage package

You can upgrade to a premium beverage package at a rate of $10pp. This upgrade allows you to choose 2 white wines, 2 red wines and 3 bottled beers alongside 1 bottled light beer, sparkling mineral water, soft drinks and fruit juice. Wines and beers to be chosen from our beverage list.

Cocktail hour

A cocktail package can be added to your food and beverage package at a cost of $7 per cocktail per hour with a choice of 2 cocktails available. Cocktails can be served for 1 hour alongside post ceremony canapés.

Additional beverages

Extensions to the included beverage package time of 7 hours can be included at a cost of $10 per person per hour.

Please note that we are unable to offer extensions past the last drinks time of 11pm.

Spirits are available on request and will be served on a consumption basis and charged at hotel prices. Spirits can only be served prior to 10pm.

Cheese

Cheese platters can be added to your package from $8pp.
A cheese wedding tower instead of a wedding cake can be provided from $9pp.

Menu tasting

A food tasting can be provided at a cost of $60pp (minimum 2 people).

Transport

Transport to and from the Barn at Clyde Ridge can be arranged with a local service provider on enquiry.

Prices range from $18-$22pp based on total number of passengers. Transport will consist of the use of taxis, maxi taxis or buses.
