Whether you want a three course meal, family style service or a more informal canapé service we can meet your requests. Choose from one of our menu styles or we can tailor one to suit your style.
Traditional Style
Choice of 4 canapés served for 1 hour post ceremony followed by your choice of 2 entrees, 2 main courses and 2 desserts served alternately.
Family Style
Choice of 4 canapés served for 1 hour post ceremony followed by your choice of 2 shared entrees, 2 shared main courses served on platters family style or from our purpose built buffet table and either 2 desserts served alternately or 3 dessert canapés.
Cocktail Party
Choice of 10 cocktail canapés including 3 entree, 4 substantial and 3 dessert canapés per person.
